Above daily rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Rate Information:

• Guests enjoy a complimentary gourmet breakfast and afternoon tea and cookies.
• All rooms have private baths, cable TV, telephones, and air conditioning in season.
• Check in time is 3 p.m.
• Check out time is 11 a.m.
• Children 10 years of age and older are welcomed at the Ashley Inn.
• Multiple day reservations may be required during peak season and holiday weekends.
• Rates do not include 5.7% state and 4% local occupancy taxes. Rates vary depending on season and are subject to change.

Reservation Guarantees

Advance reservations of two nights or less, the full payment is required. Advance reservations for more than two nights, a 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation at the Ashley Inn. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are given only on cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival, minus 10% service charge. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Refund policy also applies to early departure or late arrival. Vacancy due to weather or any other circumstances are considered cancellations.

For the comfort and wellbeing of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises.
