The house is within walking distance of restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, bike paths, Edgartown Harbor and Edgartown Lighthouse Beach as well as convenient to the Vineyard Transit Bus lines.

This gracious, comfortable four-bedroom house is perfect to share with family or friends and affords lots of privacy with bedrooms on three floors.

The first floor consists of a living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area, kitchen, full bath, and a sitting room. There is a small sunroom off the kitchen.

The second floor features three bedrooms; two with queen beds, one with a king bed. These bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combination.

The third floor area is a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with a shower.
There is also a small finish basement with Flat TV.
